Chelsea have won back-to-back Women’s Super League titles after beating Reading 5-0 on Sunday afternoon.

The reigning WSL holders knew going into the game that a win would guarantee them their fourth WSL title and they coasted to victory through goals from Melanie Leupolz, Fran Kirby, Sam Kerr and Erin Cuthbert.

Manchester City beat West Ham 1-0, but needed Chelsea to slip up on Sunday to give them any chance of prising the title away from Kingsmeadow.
