Dzeko, with his Inter contract set to conclude at the end of June, managed to net 31 goals in his 101 appearances for the club since his transfer from Roma in 2021, including 14 in the last season.
His tenure with the Serie A team saw him secure two Coppa Italia titles.
Earlier, the Bosnia-Herzegovina national player clinched Premier League and Bundesliga championships with Manchester City and Wolfsburg respectively, and has more than 300 goals under his belt in his club career.
As part of his deal with Fenerbahce, Dzeko will earn £3.6m per season, as confirmed by the club.
