Euro 2024’s draw places Scotland in an exciting group with the tournament’s host, Germany.
Completing Group A are Hungary and Switzerland, while England finds itself in Group C with Denmark, Slovenia, and Serbia.
Should Wales triumph in the upcoming March play-offs, they’ll join Group D, facing off against France, the Netherlands, and Austria in next summer’s competition.
The tournament will kick off with a headline match between Germany and Steve Clarke’s Scottish squad at Munich’s Allianz Arena on June 14.
Here’s a snapshot of the groups:
- Group A: Germany, Scotland, Hungary, Switzerland
- Group B: Spain, Croatia, Italy, Albania
- Group C: England, Denmark, Slovenia, Serbia
- Group D: Awaiting play-off winner A*, Netherlands, Austria, France
- Group E: Belgium, Slovakia, Romania, and the future play-off winner B**
- Group F: Turkey, a to-be-determined play-off winner C***, Portugal, Czech Republic
*Contenders for play-off winner A include Poland, Estonia, Wales, Finland, and Estonia.
**The play-off winner B could be one of Israel, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Ukraine, or Iceland.
***Competing for the play-off winner C spot are Georgia, Greece, Kazakhstan, and Luxembourg.
